Each order moves through production before shipping. The most current production and delivery estimate is shown during checkout and in your order confirmation.
Production and shipping
Production begins after an order is successfully placed. Delivery timing depends on the item, destination, carrier, season, and any information needed to complete your order. Dates provided at checkout are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates.
Address changes
Contact us at [email protected] as soon as possible if your shipping address is incorrect. We will try to help before an order enters production or ships, but changes cannot be guaranteed once fulfillment has begun.
Tracking
When tracking is available, it is sent to the email used at checkout. Visit Track Your Order for additional help.
Delays and carrier issues
Weather, customs, high-volume periods, and carrier disruptions can affect delivery. If tracking has not updated or an order appears delayed, contact support with your order number.
